Beautiful motorcycle but a little too fancy for India. We need more working class cruisers like Harley 750.

The Triumph Thunderbird LT is a semi-popular model available in Western markets for a while now, but not truly better that Harley counterparts. It starts at $17K in the US, which roughly translates to INR 10/11 Lakhs. If you add in the taxes & importing fees/duties etc, the INR 15 Lakh starts to make sense.

Honestly, I feel this is too-big-a-motorcycle for subcontinent roads. Its definitely not a "logical" choice bike for the masses or any such. However, there is nothing wrong with the big engine bikes coming to Indian shores. At the very least, it "PAVES THE WAY" for future bikes to be brought to Indian shores in an easier/faster/smoother manner, simply with the experience they gain with this.

Those who do buy this, please post pictures! Enjoy.
