L&T Technology Services helps design Harley Davidson's electrical and mechanical parts - voltage regulator, brackets, ABS braking and lighting systems, Infosys provides its IT services while the Indian centres of Sapient nitro and few other service providers are involved in Harley Davidson marketing and digital services. Lot of other Engineering and IT Vendors are also involved in new product design for parts and accessories, and supports the prototypes production too, finds US-based technology advisory firm HFS Research.

Harley-Davidson also uses American audio and infotainment major Harman's India centres to supply infotainment systems for its range of bikes. Harman's India team contributed to the development of Harley's Boom box Infotainment System that has an array of audio features, including weatherproof jukebox with a USB connection to connect to a wide range of devices, voice recognition, human-machine interface, satellite radio navigation and multimedia support.
