    Two Wheeler sales for the month of January 2015 for India

    Bajaj Auto on Monday reported a 12% decline in total motorcycle sales in January at 246,955 units against 281,390 units posted in the same month last year. Exports grew 4% during the reporting month at 142,992 units as compared to 137,644 last January.
    Yamaha Motor India reported 20.82% rise in domestic two-wheeler sales at 39,309 units in January. The company had sold 32,534 units in the corresponding month last year.
    Roy Kurian, Yamaha India, Sales & Marketing Vice President said:
    "The incessant growth reinforces our belief in our business and strategic outlook. We are happy with our gradual growth and are extremely positive about 2015 with our new launches and innovative customers connect programmes."
    Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. registered a 20% rise in its sales figures in January 2015 compared with the corresponding period last year. The two-wheeler company sold 33,405 units in January 2015 against 27,825 in January 2014, recording a growth in its overall sales. Suzuki Motorcycles has maintained a consistent growth path over the past couple of years.

    TVS Motor Company total sales grew 1.2% to 1.88 lakh units in January from 1.86 lakh units sold in the year-ago month. Two-wheeler sales (the major contributor to total sales) stood at 1.81 lakh units, a growth of 1.1% compared to 1.71 lakh units in same month last year. However, exports declined 13.3% year-on-year to 25,029 units in the month gone by.

    Royal Enfield Two Wheelers reported a hike of 43% in total sales in January this year at 28,927 units against 20,232 units in the year ago period. Domestic sales have also moved forward by 42% at 28,157 units last month against 19,808 units in January 2014.

          I have same question but I think Honda dont want to be transparent.
          I have checked their website, Honda and Suzuki are among the most irregular ( or say not at all) to publish their sales data.

            Non-sense! Honda sales figures are all over the internet. Here you go:

            Two-wheeler manufacturer Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) today reported 14.24% growth in total sales at 3,93,787 units for January 2015 as against 3,44,678 units in corresponding month of 2014.

            However, HMSI's motorcycle sales declined by 3.23% to 1,48,956 units last month as against 1,53,930 units in January 2014, HMSI said in a statement.

            The company's scooter sales went up by 29.14% to 2,28,369 units from 1,76,831 units in January 2014, it added.

            HMSI's exports grew by 18.28% to 16,462 units as against 13,917 units in the same month a year ago.
