    The Aprilia Shiver 750 was showcased for the first time at the India Bike Week motorcycle show in Goa to gauge the response from the two-wheeler enthusiasts before its official launch.

          Someone in this forum earlier quoted that the BN600i looks exactly similar to Shiver 750. No wonder we are seeing replica's from the Chineese owned firm (except the TNTs)

            As a CBU Shiver 750 cannot be imported in India since it is below 800 cc and I don't think CKD is an option for Aprilia as they do not have plant set up in India. So this cannot be launched in India unless I am missing something

              It *IS*a CKD. Thats why it is 8 Lakhs.

              They sell it as CKD in Malaysia, which is a much smaller market than outs.

While the Shiver 750 has been on sale in Malaysia for a while now, the locally assembled CKD model will retail at MYR 44,000 (Rs 7.93 lakh) as opposed to the completely built unit’s price of MYR 56,000 (Rs 10.09 lakh).

                        In a bad mood mate? The other guy raised a valid doubt, they don't have a plant. Do Piaggio have some plans for facilities (they are the owners, if I am not mistaken)?

                        I think you over reacted way too much, don't take it personally, these companies are always late with the launches. Even with their own manufacturing, see the HX250 R is already late, no?

                            Guys bike looks nice. The only thing I a missing is the 8 lc for The bike [emoji4] . hope someone manufacturers a 600 cc vtwin in India and prices it below 3 lc ex showroom. No probs in dreaming I guess
