Well, subjective statement. I mean, When you decide, you can find the roads!Originally posted by kar1zma View Postthe bike is too much for nepal
unlike india there there arent good enuff roads there
even a 250cc would be too much for nepal
For example, I pushed my P180 modified to 131 kmph in Ajmer City (a small city). I can push a Sbk upto 250 kmph I think, in the same city!
Congratulations Nepalese Brothers (& sisters, if any) ...

Its not about how fast you can go. Its about whether you can stop in time from that speed.Originally posted by Samarth 619 View PostWell, subjective statement. I mean, When you decide, you can find the roads!

All automobiles including bikes are taxed heavily in Nepal. And yes, the discover is priced around 90K in Nepal!Originally posted by haxor View Postafaik bajaj discover cost over i lakh in nepal!
Show me a city which has roads and laws (or lack of) where you can ride this or any SBK freely. Nepal, though small, is a diverse country, and some of the roads there are just dreamy.Originally posted by kar1zma View Postthe bike is too much for nepal

Dont get heated up mite....and yeah karizma i wanna say something about the nepal roads...i have seen some of the best roads in life in nepal ...and yeah thats true the highways are miraculously well maintained ...enough to give a SBK rider a smooth ride!Originally posted by pranay View PostAll automobiles including bikes are taxed heavily in Nepal. @Pranoy... as of today here in Nepal A Bajaj Discover will set you back by NC. 1,25,000+ I guess... A FZ costs NC. 1,85,000..So you can do the maths for yourself...
Yeah guys the road around the capital and city areas might be too crowded or in bad condition..But a ride around the highways will clear the misconception of Nepal lacking good roads. The highways are sure just a two lane but are in good condition and mostly run on low traffic density. So one can sure expect to at least freely cruise around in a Superbike in the highways. Of course nothing beats the thrill of riding alongside numerous rivers taking corners around hills...That's Nepal for you guys....
I will later post a couple of pictures to do the talking, from my tours around the western region of Nepal...Last edited by i-uze; 03-04-2009, 08:39 PM.

Its Pranay. I do not know the prices. But a year or so back it was 1,35,000+. My friend has a 135 cc Discover. I know bro the prices are sky high. Just hope that Ninja 250 will come to Nepal. It will be good option rather than that pathetic Daelim Roadwing 125cc .Originally posted by i-uze View Post@Pranoy... as of today here in Nepal A Bajaj Discover will set you back by NC. 1,25,000+ I guess...
