Indian motorsports has finally been recognised by the Indian Government as a sport!
Though this might not help bringing back F1 or even bringing in WSBK, which is in talks with Buddh International Circuit for coming to India in 2017, but it will help the Motorsports body to work with the government. Though Motorsports has been kept in the 'others' category therefore not getting any form of government support, yet it is a big step forward and welcome news for all of us motorsports fans.
