Royal Enfield has already provided drawings of cylinder barrel 410 cc and 250 cc and crank cases, to Endurance technologies for production in month of September 2014 it self.
they are also developing modified spoke wheel hubs front and rear to suit disk brakes.

Production of these will be carried at endurance technologies chennai and takwe plant.

the existing model of crank cases and cylinder barrels for royal enfield classic and thunder bird is completely manufactured at endurance chennai plant, endurance has added 12 new cnc machines to feed enough castings to meet the production target of royal enfied @ 2500 bikes per day.

PDC die for the above components are developed with die tech chennai. universal automotive aluminum alloy ALSI 132 will be used for making this components.

No, 750cc is not production ready it is still under development stages. it's still a prototype.

A 250cc mill can be a huge hit as there is almost nothing in the cruiser segment in that power range. Also, should give better FE too. There is no news of the UM Renegade so far apart from a few speculations.

I have a friend working at RE. He told me two months back that they were working on a 350cc OHC motor (Finally!). And then 380cc and 750cc. He told me 250 will not be the first new one to be rolled out.
