      hmmmm....may 2003....seems like old news...wonder whats the situation now......50 mph is just ridiculous...imagine doin 80kmph tops on machines like the R1, Ninja, Fireblade.......they might as well take the 2nd, third, fourth, fifth and the 6th gear too!!

          hmmm..speeds not more than 50 mph eh?how bout ridin our pulsies and zmas with the ppl there havin sbks this will really piss them off..but seriously switzerland has been known to be very strict with automobile rules.

                Well such rules exist in india as well. The good part is they are never (almost never) implemented. Imagine if they begin to implement it seriously here!!!
                The big deal is rules are more strictly implemented in Europe and US. Not just Speed limits. All traffic rules.
                How many of us even know the meaning of a blinking Red light at an intersection?
                We don't even give a damn do we?

                    i personally think instead of enforcing the rules for the bikers they should do it for the bike manufacturers, they should be limited to produce a max of 50bhp bikes. period.
