Well such rules exist in india as well. The good part is they are never (almost never) implemented. Imagine if they begin to implement it seriously here!!!
The big deal is rules are more strictly implemented in Europe and US. Not just Speed limits. All traffic rules.
How many of us even know the meaning of a blinking Red light at an intersection?

i personally think instead of enforcing the rules for the bikers they should do it for the bike manufacturers, they should be limited to produce a max of 50bhp bikes. period.Join xBhp On
