Absolutely right, Instead of creating more laws for curbing motorists they should create strict laws for the law man to follow there duty.

An innocent motorist will always be afraid of getting stopped by the cops and if he is rich or influential he won't care anyways. But who will stop a cop from stopping a woman on a dark road just to harass her for useless reason and who will stop the cop when he stops a guy who just had a rough day at office only to be stopped by a corrupt cop and getting robbed of his hard earned money.

If its off topic mods can delete it, but this is mostly what I have faced on my encounter with 3 states cops.

In regards to the topic, today itself a school dressed boy came from the wrong direction on a activa as usual with out helmet and nodded me to move from the way, vizag is the nirvana for traffic offenders and traffic cops(dacoit) who hide in dark alley or corner and jump in front of your vehicle(don't know if that is there suicidal instinct). I got robbed of 200 bucks on a single day by the same cops in different area for a pollution certificate which expired 1 day ago(beat that for a bad day)

So what do you say? No cops because they will harass ladies on lonely roads? Or because they don't know the moods of the law breakers that day? How is being fined for an offense 'robbing'? Unless the cop is taking a gun to your head when you have obeyed all the laws, I find it hard to consider it 'robbing'.

I am not talking about stopping people who have indeed done something wrong, normally developed countries don't do these kind of search, they do not stop each and everyone with out any reason just for fun and chillar earnings, they do only in case of emergency.

Yes you can stop a vehicle if it is being ridden by a minor which you can clearly see or a person not wearing helmet or driving car while talking on phone etc.....my point being offences which you can clearly see, If you wanna catch a drunken man driving, go and stand near a pub or a bar you will be literally having all the festivals at once that is if you are a "cop".

Anyways Bro peace, I literally feel bad when I am being stopped traveling in my own country my loving and respectful and democratic country India on the basis that my lovely "made in India" ride is from another state, Just to earn as low as 20 rupees.

I have no grudge against cops, In fact they are the best when you need directions or help in a tough situation(that is after you have paid there due diligence), I feel they are under paid and are constantly pushed by seniors and they have worst hierarchy system in the world.

Go Indian Cops....Go India. (Long way to go but in the words of the great Rob Schneider "you can do it").

Technically it was two states a while ago but now my experience has grown to three states, well I have passed by Orissa a couple of times, But I have stayed in WB(Not Warner Brothers) West Bengal then I moved on to AP(Andhra Pradesh) and finally Now I am in Hyderabad(Telangana).

So I regularly visit all of the above states.

Assumptions assumptions.... So a kid takes a friends bike without his parents knowing, and the parents will be imprisoned?

Exceptionally poor reasoning, increase the quantum of punishment and the crimes rate will decrease. No. It is the strict implementation of rule that decreases the crime not the quantum of punishment.

Besides, if a kid traffics drugs, will the parents be caught? What about in the case of murder and rapes? Wait, of all the possible offences a kid can commit, did they single out driving?

Anyway good for the cops. One more way they can harass citizens and make some money.

Atlast we can stop see schoolkids with their Ugly Modded Ricer Honda Dio riding around Girls just to Impress the, and Guess What happens ? They can get smoked by a Stock Max 100R.

I am 16 and as a Lover of Automobiles,I stilll respect road Rules and I a still riding a Bi-cycle.
