Triumph Motorcycle have launched the top of the line version of the Tiger series in India - the XCA at Rs 1375000/- Ex-showroom New Delhi.
Triumph Motorcycles announced the launch of the new Tiger 800 XCA. Featuring a host of rider focussed technology, the XCA has equipment as standard to maximise comfort and convenience on even the longest of journeys.
The launch of the top of the line of the Tiger 800 series, XCA, consolidates the Adventure motorcycle category offered by Triumph Motorcycles in India. The bike comes with advanced fitted systems . The Triumph Tiger 800 XCA is priced at Rs. 13,75,000 ex-showroom Delhi.

Advanced ABS
The XCA features an advanced ABS system that can be changed between ROAD, OFF-ROAD, and OFF. This provides the rider with a level of electronic intervention under braking whilst optimizing their off road enjoyment.
Traction Control
The traction control can be configured to ROAD, OFF-ROAD, or OFF settings. Riders can configure their traction control preferences in conjunction with the 3 Rider Mode settings.
Throttle Maps
With a choice of 4 different throttle maps, riders can select the optimum setting to meet both riding and weather conditions. The throttle maps can easily be changed between RAIN, ROAD, SPORT, or OFF-ROAD via the switch cube to provide greater levels of control to meet changing conditions.
3 Riding Modes
On the XCA, riders can very simply configure the bike to the terrain with the choice of 3 Rider Modes. This automatically configures the ABS, Traction Control, and Throttle Maps to best tackle the route ahead. With a choice of ROAD, OFF-ROAD, or PROGRAMMABLE RIDER MODE, all of the electronic safety devices are optimized for the conditions. The Programmable Rider Mode is fully configurable and allows the rider to select their chosen settings for ABS, Traction Control, and a choice of 4 x Throttle Maps independently.
Cruise Control
The Tiger 800 XCA features Cruise Control as standard, making long journeys more comfortable and improving fuel efficiency.
Advanced Trip Control
The XCAhas an advanced trip computer which provides additional functionality such as journey time, average speed, average fuel economy, range to empty, and instantaneous fuel consumption.
AUX Socket
The XCA features a third 12V Auxiliary power socket allowing the passenger to connect to the bikes heated equipment.
MORE EFFICIENT TRIPLE ENGINERIDE AND HANDLING
The new Tiger XCA has a class-leading chassis which translates to outstanding handling on the road, and increased capability offroad. The Tiger gives plenty of feedback to the rider and has high stability and neutrality, putting the bike exactly where the rider wants it to be on both smooth and uneven surfaces. WP suspension has been used to further boost the Off-Road riding qualities of the new XCAmodels. The WP 43mm USD fork, with rebound and compression damping is easily adjustable through dedicated clickers on the fork tops. The rear suspension unit is a WP mono shock adjustable for preload and rebound damping and has a dedicated dirt protector for the RSU body.
The handling balance of the Tiger is what really sets it apart with exceptional precision, agility, and control for the most spirited of ride be it on or off-road. Latest generation switchable ABS comes as standard on the Tiger XCA, along with insulated Nissin front brake pads for improved braking performance. The XCA models feature spoked wheels for superior durability on rough terrain: 17-inch diameter at the rear and off-road oriented 21-inch diameter at the front. The stiff, tubular trellis frame with a new titanium powder coat provides resistance in extreme riding conditions.
PRACTICALITY
Designed specifically for the ride Tiger 800, the bike has internally wired Heated Grips featuring dual temperature heat settings selectable through bar mounted dual colour push button controls. The XCA features a larger 650W alternator that helps power a number of electrical accessories such as heated seats, grips or even heated clothing. Fitted with CNC Machine footrests, it feature a wider footprint for a more stable platform when riding on unforgiving terrain. High performance dual Fog Lamp Kit featuring high power Philips Altilin LEDs, drilled and brushed marine grade aluminium shields and an integrated tubular mounting rail add to the comfort and riding pleasure. Fully waterproof illuminated push button for ease of use in the worst of conditions and a centre stand if fitted to the XCAmodel for added convenience. Hand Guards are standard and provide protection for the rider's hands from wind chill and debris.
The new Tiger 800 XCA comes with an unlimited mileage, two-year factory warranty, as do all new Triumph motorcycles.
