No doubt, an experienced person like Pawah can lead HD towards a safer future... Welcome the move. Although, I do appreciate the marketing of Harley Davidson so far, so they should continue on the same philosophy.

They give single test rides, they treat customers well generally, they give striking adverts and also, their promotional offers like the hotel tie up, their absorption of duty hike few years back instead of passing them to customers, are all the factors why I love Harley Davidson marketing, even though I'm not into Cruisers....

But definitely, a couple of years later, they will probably be the first option to come to my mind.
