the street 750 remains exceptionally well priced.

The superlow is a glaring omission, though. Maybe prospective buyers do indeed drop the plans to buy one in favour of either the street(which is cheaper and save those 3 lakhs for making their wives happy) or go for the Iron, which doesnt have the GC issues. Or maybe owners(like me) are too lazy to take care of all the chrome, and decide to go for the iron.

However, as things stand, the two stand out products are

    a) the street 750
    b) The street bob (I have no clue why it doesnt sell so well, costs 10 lakhs, has a 1690cc engine)

HD is soon launching xl1200c, which is basically Superlow with 1200cc engine and few more chrome bits.
Now they are targeting price tag of around 8.5-9lc for it.
Selling Superlow 883 for 5.x lc will kill its sale as official upgrade kit for 883-1200cc costs around 1.4lc.

Also cleaning chrome is way easier than cleaning matt and rocky shade of paint.

Cleaning chrome is easier. But keeping Chrome clean is tough. The matt hides dust so well.
