    Bajaj to launch new motorcycle on 1st Feb

    Bajaj Auto will launch a new motorcycle on 1st February, two days prior to the Auto Expo 2016. Though there is no clarity about the motorcycle specifications, but it could be the executive segment bike positioned above Discover brand.

    Bajaj Auto is not participating in this year Auto Expo.Eric Vas, president for motorcycle business at Bajaj Auto said:
    In year 2015 Bajaj have launched five new products, two being in the 100cc commuter motorcycles (CT100 and the Platina ES) and the others being Pulsar AS150, AS200 and the RS200.

    It is also expected that bajaj will now focus on new executive bike and premium categories bikes. The company is also working on a Adventure 180cc bike which falls under premium category below 200cc and could be launched in first half of financial year 2016.

    Bajaj currently holds 19% market share in motorcycle segment and plans to increase its share to 23% by FY 16 end.

    I think this is the motorcycle we are expecting, theres still time for the CS400 to come

      Any idea whether this will be placed above the Pulsar 180, or below, and whether the P180 will continue or not?

        I wish this is Bajaj Boxer AT, or labeled for export as Boxer BM 100

        P.S.: My expectations are lower than a XBHPian.

            Really hoping its CS400 or CS200, heard a quote last year when Bajaj had pointed that the CS will release in first quarter of 2016.
            With TVS coming up with Apache 200 & Rumors of Hero Launching new Karizmas in Auto Expo, Bajaj should definitely launch CS to compete with them.
            Not everybody likes the styling of RS200, and AS200 are in a different category also they have withdrawn NS200 !!! So I really hope they launch CS bikes on 1st feb.

              It will be a 400cc for sure. Not sure CS or RS though.

                        Today I visited to Bajaj dealership, showroom manager said that it could be 150NS. And another CT100 will be launching before that.

                            It will not be 200NS because it would be categorised as executive commuter. Don't know where they will put this bike since AS150 is already present in their line up.

                              Unfortunately dealerships dont give reliable news since they themselves dont get any insights.

                              Also NS and AS are both different.
