    Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS ABS spied testing near Pune

    Two test mules of the Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS ABS have been spotted testing near Pune recently indicating that the model would hit the showrooms again in the foreseeable future. Production of the Pulsar 200 NS has been suspended temporarily since August 2015 due to a capacity crunch at its Chakan plant which also manufactures Pulsar RS 200, Avenger series and the KTM family.
    Closer observation of one of the spy shots reveals that the front disc brake is equipped with ABS ring. It’s impossible to see if the rear disc too has it but we expect Bajaj to go for a single channel unit like in the Pulsar RS 200.

    The BikesIndia reader who clicked these spy shots reported that he was able to see the petcocks (the fuel reserve-on-off valve) on both motorcycles which indicate that there is NO electronic fuel injection system.

        The spotted test mules were seen with Carbs, there is a possibility there could be an FI variant.

        Also the 200NS FI variant is already being made and exported to Turkey

            This may be a good idea if bajaj brings out the pulsar 200 ns with ABS. But adding fi will be a better & complete package.
            It may also be like bajaj does not want people to know that it is going to be in production with fi.
            Even the pulsar 150 ns was showcased at trade fair in istanbul, turkey and is on the roads too.
            I hope both the ns 150 and 200 fi with ABS will hit showrooms soon.

              i was expecting them to launch sooner this year.

                  200NS ABS may launch along side the CS400

                  Since RS200 is doing so well, there is no word on RS400 and probably wont be for a fair amount of period.

                  150NS is being exported but no launch date for India yet.

                  Essentially we are looking at a CS400 and 200NS launch soon

                    hopefully CS400 will have dual channel ABS.
                    don't know what deal we gonna get on NS.

                        Me too. These two bikes i;e the Cs & Rs 400 are very much reasonable packages.
                        Hope they hit showrooms this year
