    Not the most interesting of topics but here's the bike sales status for the month of may for Bajaj, HHML and TVS

    NEW DELHI : TVS Motor Company Ltd, India 's third-biggest motorcycle maker, said on Tuesday its sales in May fell 32.5 per cent to 43,180 bikes from 63,973 a year earlier.

    The automaker also sold 17,321 light scooters and 20,394 mopeds in May, up from 14,334 light scooters and 17,896 mopeds in the same month last year. Total vehicle sales were down 15.9 per cent to 80,895 units from 96,203.

            lately BAJAJ has come up with some really interesting models like dts-i,wind-125...still dunno how HH sells more ...jus on the basis of passion and splendor.....may be its gotta do sumthin with after sales service

                Still, HH is leading all the way.. I thought BAJAJ is having neck to neck with HH but the figure shows the huge gap between them.

                  How can HH sell that crap outdated 97.2 cc engine in different models. That engine only had mileage (but now a P150DTSi also gives the same mileage). How does people buy those crap bikes as these bikes make 90% of HH's sales

                    Excuse me tanmay.,., No har feelings man.. I have a 14 year old 1990 CD 100 that has done 87,000+ kms and is still willing to BITE hard on any 100cc bike . i would never call my machine a crap cos it still gives 70+ milege and has a desire to run forEVER . this is the BASE model for all the SPLEndor or passion or ALL that.. Know the facts and do not give it straight man it hurts.

                      Bajaj looks nowhere near the sales of HH, even with their good ads, HH makes full profit with crap 100cc bikes only. But high end bikes selling is more of Bajaj and not HH.

                        Sorry dude if that has hurt you. I have told that the engine is good but they should now stop producing that as they give a new name (+ or*) and come out with the same product.They r just fooling people by this way.And if I am not wrong you have the original japanese Honda engine, right?

                            way to ho HH .... That's the way hero honda smokes the competiton
                            as in these months every comany is still flat or going down Hero honda going up .. u dont need words u need sales ..

                            Last day i saw interview of brij mohan munjal & pawan munjal they said " there could be cannibalisation but we and honda are working together to take up market's share as a whole and we are extending our aggrements till 2014 there would always be a gap in CC "

                            honda confirmed their bike launch in october
                            BTW did anyone checked new hh 125cc bike's scoop pics in OD it was looking awesome.
                            Hero honda would launch atleast 3 models this year --atleast..
