    HH & Honda extend tie-up for 10years

    Its in the papers...
    .. HH and Honda have just extended their technical tie-up by another 10 years!!!...I guess both want to monopolise global mkts, and Hero wants the indian mkt definitely...2 new models with new engines r going to be launched...calling them the next gen engines...maybe fuel injection. All in all, seems like good news for HH fans but that also give Hero a new lease of life to actually start own in -house r&d...hopefully BAL takes notice...
    ... I was wondering how confusing life for HH must be..what with the tie-up with Aprillia...

    i had posted another topic with the news that they will be doing it... now its confirmed
    I believe Hero motors has tied up with Aprilia not HHML (correct me if i'm mistaken)

    anyways good news for bike lovers... new bikes with new engines ..hmmm

          Wierd news dudes, If hero goes with Aprilla and Honda launches its own models, Then will some sane man tell me wat heck will HHML do ??

            Man, Hero-Aprillia and Hero-Honda are 2 different ventures and Honda is a totally diff. company.
            HA will come up with the Aprillia range of scooters and bikes...
            HH will manufacture all the current HH models and will bring in new ones too...
            Honda will make its own scooters and bikes froom this year onwards and they will have a portfolio which not clash with HH.
