Thats what they wanted thats why they have transferred the power to corrupt people. (Jo shakal se Bharatiya aur akal se Angrej hai)

It's the organizers job to get permission. It's the reason they're called "organizers."

Agree we do not check when we go to Cinema or any restaurant just because they are permanent place not a rally

My personal experience if you are riding without helmet ,without RVM with broken indicator ,you are considered civilized biker in any part of india no one is going to stop you,you can see this fact for yourself in daily life .once you are with all security gears you are considered on the wrong side of the law

Anyway, riders are required to check for permits before they decide to race. Its part of the team's decision to evaluate the T&C. This is why most teams hire a legal representative who checks for all the papers before telling the team and the riders that its okay to participate or not. Its rather surprising that MRF would let somebody organize an event with their name and a half-half permit.

Found this on the net. Yes, the photo seems to be a hoax, the person seen on the photo is not Lord Macaulay but he was the one behind the system destruction of our ancient education system in 1835 to colonize India. Documents are available in libraries of London.

It is really surprising how such an event can be organized without prior permission, especially when corporate giants are involved. Corporates have a reputation of making laws and breaking them. (Kanoon banake chori karna)

Re: Cops interrupt the MRF rally and detain the bikers near Hyderabad

Hi everyone, a little more information, the organisers Race kraft and fmsci stewards showed the route map to the police and asked them for permission. They were guided to take permission for the same. They were however not told that a 2km stretch needed a separate permission from the next police station.

The issue occurred when people were moving from the 2nd stage to the 3rd stage of the rally. The local cops hired goons/locals to not only block roads but throw stones and boulders at the riders as they passed. The police cited the reason for stopping was that the villagers complained after an altercation with a few of the participants. This isn't true as the altercation happened after the stones/boulders were thrown.

The SI refused to look at or acknowledge the permission that was presented and started taking away people's keys. The video posted to social media yes what happened a few minutes after that.

I also happen to be part of the ride mentioned where KOGHYD was stopped for 'racing'. We had permission from the DGP's office but the local CI refused to take the calls of the Dgp. He called the local news channels had a press conference and then fined us under a non existent section and let us go citing reasons like riding with your light dangerous riding and equivalent to racing.

We decided to follow up with the DPG and showed him the paper challan slips, this ended up with the Anti Corruption squad that launched a full investigation against the CI. A few months later we got the news that the CI was suspended for corruption charges.

The organizers faltered by not taking written permission for the entire route. The cops were equally guilty by slapping(reportedly) one of the organizer.
