    TVS introduced 24/7 Road Side Assistance program

    The initiative aims to resolve on-road problems faced by the customer through a 24/7 helpline and personal assistance. The services include spare key pick-up, fuel delivery and onsite repair which will ensure that the customers continue their journey without any hurdles. In other cases, services extend to cab arrangement, accident assistance and towing of vehicles.

    The program is applicable on every new and existing TVS two-wheeler with no additional charges. Company through its dealership will organize various awareness campaigns to make the consumer aware of this new initiative. The Road Side Assistance program is expected to roll-out pan India by March 2017. TVS customers can dial: 1800 419 2077 or connect through the TVSM Service App to avail of this new RSA program.

    In June this year, Royal Enfield has also started its Road Side Assistance service (RSA) in India, while Harley Davidson is offering the RSA service since 2013 in association with INDIA ASSISTANCE, a subsidiary of leading international assistance company MAPFRE ASSISTANCE.

          Congratulations TVS.....

          This is a welcome move by TVS company. A biker when on a long highway trip the first thing comes to mind is breakdown either by puncture or by other means. This service is a boon to everyone who rides a bike and it gives us the peace of mind thru professional service...

            I don't know how this would be a gimmick. All car companies have roadside assistance. Why not a bike company?
            Roadside assistance if at all should be provided in remote areas where you will not even find a local mechanic...then i think it will be welcome move..in cities you will find mechanic at every corner...

              BTW they had this already I guess, and I have saved their number too [emoji6] (from a poster at SVC) at the end of last month when I was heading out of bangalore for coming week.

              May be official statement came when they made sure service is available in all listed cities.
              Do Rev your heart in out or on treadmill After revving you bike's engine.A free flowing and high revving heart will give more happy miles too :)

                Very nice. But sometimes, such good things starts well, but slowly slowly it becomes thing of past. Hope it sustains in long run

                  It is available with in 25 km radius from city centre. If bike is in running condition we shall take the bike to nearest service centre. This is wat customer care centre personnel explained
