Honda also showcased a brand new motorcycle, named the CB Hornet 160R, which will be available later this year. The bike carries the Honda's iconic brand Hornet and is 'faster, smarter, sportier' as per Honda. The CB Hornet 160R will replace the CB Trigger and is obviously targeted towards the younger audience.
HMSI also showcased the 'new' CBR250R and CBR150R, which are essentially the same bike but with new graphics and colors. Everything else remains the same.
They also showed a glimpse of an upcoming 'mystery' motorcycle which according to Honda is being 'developed as a stylish bike for young professionals.'
The launch event, RevFest was one of the biggest launch events by any two-wheeler manufacturer in India and was organized in 8 cities simultaneously with live performances by 17 different music artists/bands. Honda's brand ambassadors Akshay Kumar and Tapsee Paanu were also present during the RevFest.
