See this....
ABS is standard in Turkey but not for India... I was really waiting for this and pissed off....
I called their customer care and also Mailed them to launch ABS model, but no use. Didn't get any reply.
Many people also commented on their FB page to provide ABS version of NS200 but I don't know whether the feedback will reach the right team or not.

Re: 2017 Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS Launch soon...
The Government of India has issued a mandate that states that all two-wheelers sold in India must have Combined Braking System (CBS) and Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) as standard. The notification that has been sent to manufacturers also says that new two-wheelers need to have CBS and ABS by April 2017. For existing models, the time frame is extended upto April 2018.
Two-wheelers with engines below 125cc should have CBS as standard while the one’s above should have ABS.
Bikes launched before April this year will skip abs like P200ns2017 & Yamaha FZ25.Last edited by Satyamzma; 03-10-2017, 11:58 AM.Don't Honk Unnecessarily

One thing isn't clear here w.r.t existing models...Originally posted by Satyamzma View PostThe Government of India has issued a mandate that states that all two-wheelers sold in India must have Combined Braking System (CBS) and Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) as standard. For ex:
Say I have purchased FZ-25 today. So my bike will be fitted with ABS before 2018 Apr by manufacturer? [I guess this doesn't happen
]
Or
FZ-25 will be fitted only on those which will be manufactured at the plant after Apr 2018?? [This means I need to wait another 1 year for it
]
And Newer Models means Which are still waiting to be launched?? or The one's which are already launched but are manufactured after Apr 2018?Last edited by mallikarjunsadanand; 03-10-2017, 12:00 PM.
