Great topic
This is not the case with farmers only from Bhandara.
It has happened almost everywhere in India including Chhattisgarh, Punjab.
One known farmer came to my friend cause he had no money inspite of having sold his land for almost 50lakhs. He had bought a Corolla and an Optra within a day and also a Karizma. He sold his Karizma(3 mopnths) to my friend for Rs 42000 and my friend sold it the same evening for Rs 55000.Never upgrade without getting your basics RIGHT.

I wish i could do such a thing. But i get too emotionally attached with my non-living acquisitions.Originally posted by jasmeetsinghchawla View PostGreat topic
He sold his Karizma(3 mopnths) to my friend for Rs 42000 and my friend sold it the same evening for Rs 55000.10 Commandments:
1)Thank thy God for being alive.
2)Thou shalt respect one's own life and the live's of other road users.
3)Thou shalt respect one's own bike.
4)Love thy bike as thy self.
5)Always wear safety gear.
6)Alcohol is a strict NO!
7)Thou may lust after thy neighbour's bike specially if its of the R1 kind!
8)Thou shalt ride with 'ultra-most' care and caution when on Indian roads.
9)Thou shalt never leave the engine running at long traffic halts.
10)Thou shalt follow all of the above.

surroundings of Hyderabad, especially those near to Shamshabad and Maheshwaram had many many such stories... Yeah, the real estate boom & bust!
in short, now two situations explain this:
most banks are banging their heads what to do with teh cars they have seized due to non payment of loans... of course, another headache is to locate cars for which payment is not being made...
There are a lot of used card in the second hand market... of those who bought them with cash
Most of them are Innova's & Octavia's.
