No. Not tested by Sharp yet, probably. Check their official site for more info:- https://sharp.dft.gov.uk/

Also check, Snell rating:- Snell Foundation - certified helmets

Situation with ECE and DOT is that, I've seen even some HJC's & Dianese get 1 star rating on SHARP.

From my little experience, I would say that a good ISI certified Studds, Steelbird or Vega helmet is good for isolated falls (crash on ground, no object) upto 50-60 kmph, so these helmets are good enough for a city commuter.

But if you're regular tourer, or a high speed rider looking for decent protection, then ignore these DOT & ECE certifications, and look for a SHARP Foundation or snell certified helmet (at least 3 stars in SHARP).
And in my experience, its not necessary that an expensive helmet is a safe one, and vice versa.

Helmets too have their fancy USP's like air ventilation features, internal sunglasses, etc. which take a toll on the price.
The safest helmet is usually the one which is round shaped, without any cut-hole for ventilation and all.
