I am going to book this bike next week. Problem is Honda big wing gurgram, haryana(common showroom for delhi and haryana) doesn't have it on display. Which means no test ride also. I was considering z900 before but i read on xbhp, kawasaki's are hard to maintain. So only option i'm left with is cbr650r. Question is should i book it without test ride?
If anyone has experience with Honda big wing haryana, please tell me about it.

From what I know, they definitely have the test ride bike. But I think it has met with an accident and is out for repairs.
You should probably check with them on the expected time frame when it should be back.

I would never recommend buying a bike without a test ride, considering it is possible to get a test ride.
1 thing to note is that, I have heard both CB300 and CBR650R are sold out for the year. So you will get a delivery slot for next year or if any current potential buyer cancels their order.

It seems to me they are not interested in selling the bike, they seemed disinterested. Should i wait for next year or go with z900?

I got to ride that bike a few days before someone crashed it. Thought i'll give my impressions. I only took it for a 5 min ride - two long straights and 2 u-turns - not really enough time to properly evaluate a bike, but somethings did stand out.

I am 5.8, 70kg, skilled rider, on the look out for a sporty city commuting 600-900cc bike. Getting on the bike for the first time, the ergonomics felt just right. No adjustments or searching needed, everything's in the right place. Maybe i'd like the clip-ons out a little bit, which can be done on this bike. Rolling on the throttle, the accelaration was dissapointing. Completely linear power from dare i say a boring and characterless engine? Also, i found the inline sound from the stock exhaust quite annoying personally. Apparantly they have designed the exhaust in such a way that only rider gets to hear more of the sound instead of the bystanders. :-P The power's there but you don't feel it. There doesn't seem to be much torque below 7k, so to go quick you need to abuse the throttle and ride it hard between 8-12k. Braking was a bit of a surprise. The initial bite was strong, but then there's no progression (similiar to other ABS bikes like the RC390 - which i think can be improved by pulling the ABS fuse). Also, the stopping power didn't quite live up to the promise of the initial bite. The front end which felt supple, would flop down on hard braking although it did maintain composure thereafter. Cracking open the throttle right after braking, there was a big delay before the engine started pulling - very strange, i don't if it's this bike or the something wrong with the throttle adjustment or the fuelling, but this would a real deal breaker for me. Also turning under braking felt very sluggish.

All in all Honda seems to have given us a bike with "sporting-feel" as the Japenese would say. The bike looks smashing though. Fit and finish is great and the design has a refined elegance to it. I also got to try the Triumph 765 RS a few days later, the 650R is not even in the same playing field. GSX S750 is nice, somewhere in the middle, and Z900 is just as linear as the 650R with way more punch and torque lower down but with the least "sporting-feel". If the Triumph wasn't so overpriced it would have been an easy pick!
