Scomadi to launch TT125 scooter in second half of 2019
British Scooter manufacturer Scomadi which has been long planning to enter India will finally launch its first scooter in India in 2019, a top official informed ETAuto. The British scooter brand has partnered with Pune-based AJP group to bring Socmadi scooters in India.
In the first phase, the company will launch 125 cc scooter named as TT125 which will be assembled at Pune facility of AJP group.
Manas Dewan, COO, AJP Group said, "With customization, it will be one scooter per person. We are in the last phase of putting up the launch plan, product plan. It would be second half of 2019, we would be launching Scomdai."
In order to reach the right customers, the company is also planning to launch four stores (dealership) in metro cities in the first phase.
