    Union Bank of India to Auction Benelli Motorcycles At Massive Discounts, TNT 600i to Cost Rs 1.81 la

    Union Bank of India is auctioning off 47 brand new Benelli and Hyosung vehicles online on 26th July, 2019. The online auction is scheduled on 26.07.2019 at www.bankeauctions.com between 11 AM to 4 PM, for the purpose of recovery of bank dues. A few of Benelli scooters, dirt bikes and a TREK 1130 are in there and a few of Keeway bikes are in there too (which never got launched by DSK).

      The auction date was 26 July, I'm not sure what happened that day. But...
      The www.bankeauctions.com site is not working for now. And no future date is mentioned. The news18 link too mentions 26 July.


      So, I'm to assume that no further bikes are available.


      @EDIT: Topic re-opened. This news may turn out to be fake news, but many reliable sources have shared this, so its quite possible that an offline auction might have happened in the dealership's city.
      In any case, more info would be great. So, if anyone has a clear idea, please pour it in...

        Well, here's some information on the above said e-auction. The website, on the day of auction, didn't work at all. I tried from various devices, various browsers but it didn't work. First i thought maybe it was my office blocking the site as it is a company policy but then i tried from various mobile devices and non-office computers too. It just didn't work. Just wanted to let this through in case if anyone's wondering about the said e-auction.

        What's next? :)

          I think the problem may be with the setup of the web server for this website. It does not work unless you add https in front of it [emoji16]

          This "https://bankeauctions.com" works for me.

          There's usually an automatic redirection from http to https, but it is missing on the web server.

            Yes, this is working for me now.
            I'm can't recall if i tried adding http or https on the day of auction but i think i did but the site still didn't load for me. Anyway, the auction is over now and thanks for explaining

                Yes guys, https://bankeauctions.com/ is a valid link for now... But the auction has happened and now, there's no more auctions relating to "motorcycle" or "bike".

                So, soft closing the thread again. Post only if an update is available on this.
