This particular motorcycle was showcased in EICMA 2017 and won laurels for the minimalistic and functional design. And now, this teaser video shows the full view of the motorcycle again. And riding this awesome middleweight adventure bike is none other than Nick Sanders. He is an established long distance rider and an ambassador for Yamaha. He once rode around the world in 19 days.
Yamaha Ténéré 700 World Raid is based on the T7 concept bike from Yamaha. It borrows its engine from the no less insane Yamaha MT-07. The engine therefore is a 689cc parallel twin and the bike is built around a steel cradle frame.
The fact that the bike is fully visible in the clip, we hope and are quite sure that it can mean only one thing- an imminent launch. Also, the timing of the release of the video seems like no coincidence as this the Motor Show time of the year with INTERMOT and EICMA coming up. We might as well see the motorcycle revealed at INTERMOT so stay tuned for more news regarding the Yamaha Ténéré 700.
