      • I would be very surprised if the Engine was a new block. I strongly suspect that it will be the same 223cc engine, uprated to maybe 21-23 horses at best.

Tyres are a relevant point here - I don't think they will plonk in a 300cc and give it just 25 or so horses ...and then keep those skinny tyres.

A 250 ? I kind of wish it is a 250 ... but my gut feeling is that, it will be the same 223cc block. They might do an "Xtreme". Just like how the unicorn engine was uprated... maybe the old ZMA-R engine will get a few tweaks

or maybe they will just plonk in the CRF-230L(liquid cooled) architecture ?

          Now that's a possibility....

Is there such a thing as a LC CRF 230?

The L CRF 230L does not stand for LC, between the 230F and 230L there are just changes in carburetor, weight, suspension and a few other things that google might not show me.

But there is a CRF 250X which LC.

              • There is a lot of expectation and speculation. Why not put ourselves to the test. HH has often been critisize for not being able to read what bikers want. Sometimes they get it right, sometimes they don't. Since ZMR is not launched yet, this is a good opportunity to see how good we ourselves are at reading HH. Why don't we make some guess works...yes, but an educated guess nevertheless based on the few pics and info nand see how accurate we can read what HH has in store. I have already put my prediction earlier, but here goes once again.

I am skipping the obvious ones like fairing, graphics etc. that one can clearly see from the pics and rather focuses on others that are not so abvious + what may remain same as on current ZMA.

                My prediction:

                What's new:
                1. Couple of extra horses (say 20 bhp), better mileage, better top end due to FI. Acceleration will be somewhat same.
                2. Rear disc
                3. Dual headlamp (Not projector)
                4. Rear LED lights
                5. New gauges styling but no digital except for trip/fuel gauge.

FI + more powerful + Full fairing + rear disc = easily 1 lacs
Will definitely look better in real life.

                What's same:
                1. Chassis
                2. Engine
                3. Gearbox
                4. forks
                5. swing-arms
                6. Fuel tank + side body panel
                7. Front disc
                8. Seat
                9. Chain guard
                10 tyres + rims

                Lets hear yours.

                      2. Also there is a chrome on the speedo

                      3. Looks like we age going have AC on ZMR
or may be surround sound speakers

Dont Know what is that usefull for...

I guess the openning above the word ZMR, is for engine heat to disspate..

4.why is this elevated..may be we going to have a small TV there..

After seeing the ZMR for a while, it looks to be ok on the design..Liveable..

                      Peace..
Whats that? If both sides are vent like structures then the dash consists of only a single pod console?
