Now people buying Honda's/Ducati's biggies will breathe easy
Otherwise needlessly they would have to shell out more than 1 lac

Guys, what about registration if you plan to stay for more then one year? and by any chance is it going to happen for AP?? 'cause I still haven't paid the Road tax here for my uni .. it would have been a relief if AP govt. also does the same thing.

                Wrong
Firstly this is for new vehicle purchased outside karnataka and brought here for registration. They just need to pay the roadtax and for other formalities here.

Secondly Old vehicles still have to pay the roadtax which is somewhere 11% of Invoice.
And here old means I guess more than 18 months of purchase.

                            really great news.
                            But one doubt.
Is it applicable for used yellow board Vehicles also?

I am planning to buy a yellow board Swift in Andhra and get it to Karnataka - can I do it.
