    Spy pics: New TVS Scooter

As reported by BIKE India earlier TVS Motors is armed and ready with their latest 'big' scooter for India. K Srikanth, our eagle eye colleague from Bengaluru, spotted the new scooter and shared these amazing pics with all of us.

The scooter overtook Srikanth while he was doing 80odd km/h in his car on the highway which means that it might sport a 100cc or above engine. The front tyre look delightfully wide compared to the previous models and even the engine does look bulkier than older models (at least in these pics.), so we hope the scoot is big on power as well.

    T
he rear of the spied scooter resemble a lot to the Honda Active and although the front looks comparatively tiny, we feel it is using a dummy front body for testing purpose. We reckon the scooter will boast great styling, going by TVS' recent launches and because of the existing competition in the market. The new scooter will compete with Honda Activa, Suzuku Access and the likes. The company which already has two models in the gearless scooter segment, the Scooty Pep and Scooty Streak, is looking at getting a bigger market share in this segment.

THE REAR is an exact copy of Honda Activa

Saw something like a step-throughf rom the TVS stable on the road while returning from Chennai a couple of days ago. Have a pic clicked from my phone camera of the rear. The photo is pretty bad, but I'll leave it to you guys to decide what it is, because I couldn't for the life of me figure it out.

The rider was wearing gear, and was around 80ish, watching his mirrors for faster vehicles on the right. That was in fact the reason he caught my attention, because 2 wheelers in that stretch don't do that

That is just a decoy scooter.Clothes are there just for the heck of it.Important thing to notice there are the tyres which gives an impression that it will possibly be a 125cc.

Thats the TVS Neo 110 which is being testing for the indonesian market. We were driving in a VW Jetta and we traced it it and drove along at 110kph. Thats fast for a 110cc 8.5bhp engine.

Saw one of these being tested near Camp Road, chennai. Asked the guy riding it and he said that the only thing he knew was that its a 125cc..it looked good to me though..

                            The scooter doesn't look appealing.

OK guyz the rear is not a copy of Activa. They are actually using activa's back and a dummy fairing in front.
They are for sure not testing the model here but engine, Chassis and tyres.

So do not judge anything from the Spy pics
