    The first electric chopper Cars
    In August, New York, was presented to the first electric chopper with a proud name Smart Chopper. Creating a motorcycle was a joint project of the German company Siemens and the famous producers choppers from the U.S. - Orange County Choppers.

    A single battery charge Smart Chopper enough to overcome the 60 km with a maximum speed of 160 km / h. Charging batteries chopper on usual power, but for a full charge will require 5 hours.

    Smart Chopper motorcycle output 27 horsepower and weighing 160 kg has a 300-mm tire on its rear wheel, three-meter wheelbase and inclined 45 degrees, the front fork.



    The first electric chopper made a tour of the U.S. to draw attention to technologies that do not harm the environment. At the end of the tour in 2010, Smart Chopper will be sold at auction.

                    Well, Paul Senior and Paul Junior?? I wonder who gave the idea in the first place.

                    Anyway, that's a great initiative by them. Now, this might teach those manufacturers a lesson or two!

                            The idea is obviously siemens idea...any custom chopper designer just designs the bike ,The engine technology as well as the IP rests with the OEMs...
