    2010 Honda VFR1200F - Unveiled

    Friends... News!

    The much awaited Honda VFR1200F has been unveiled in US and Europe today. As many of us expected its a big Sports Touring machine with a very futuristic look and design with some very clever piece of engineering. Notably the all new Dual Clutch tranny which ensure faster and smoother shifts. It's quite like the same technology adapted by all the sports car manufacturers today e.g. Porsche, Ferrrari, Audi, BMW, Merc etc.

    I personally like the looks of it and I think Honda has once again broken the conventional and traditional ways of making a Sports Tourer.. just like they did when they launched the original VFR back in 1982.

      I have uploaded few pics.. I love the way it looks, very unconventional! If we dig deep to its ergos & technical details.. it looks like it will be a fantastic sport-touring bike.. one of the best in the world!

        ^^Exactly, quite an upright seating position for a fully faired bike.. in the league of BMW touring bikes in looks. Guess Honda has hired european designers since 2008 'Blade.

                amazing as always! God bless Honda!! I want this one in India. Its just inside the import rule of 800cc right? lol....
                10 Commandments:
                1)Thank thy God for being alive.
                2)Thou shalt respect one's own life and the live's of other road users.
                3)Thou shalt respect one's own bike.
                4)Love thy bike as thy self.
                5)Always wear safety gear.
                6)Alcohol is a strict NO!
                7)Thou may lust after thy neighbour's bike specially if its of the R1 kind!
                8)Thou shalt ride with 'ultra-most' care and caution when on Indian roads.
                9)Thou shalt never leave the engine running at long traffic halts.
                10)Thou shalt follow all of the above.

                    Looks im not convinced totally. Its alright just.

                    this is not the 800cc VFR, this one is 1273 cc but its unlikely to make it here. People will still prefer CBR / R1 / Busa over a sports tourer like the VFR
