I just got some insider news from bajaj!! A new 150cc muscular styled bike (ala FZ) is coming up from their stables. It will most probably be called "SPRINT"

. Ask anyone who can afford to pay 2.96 on road price of Ninja whether he cares. Comet does not have equity or power or styling to even come near Ninja.

Mahindra please relaunch the Hyosung GF170 & GT250 Comet
My wishlist is as impossible as it gets. But hope against hope I wish the Mahindra's actually revisited the idea launching the GF170 Laser with a v-twin engine (2 x 170cc) exactly like the original bike it was based on the Honda VF750F Sabre. Maybe they go back their drawing boards and came back with the following features which would give the only Indian 4 valve motorcycle true "Tourer" status:
- Vee twin (ie. 2 x 170cc). Redesigned to kill the NVH issues. Retain the 4 valve structure. Retain the original diamond frame dual downtube chassis design.
- A better gearbox (pref 6 speed synchro)
- Rear set sport type pegs & shifter
- New paint scheme
- Twin Hids
- 17" rubber with alloys
- Real Liquid cooling (not the poser stuff like the Pulsar bikes)
- Rear mono shock
- wider rubber.
- better and sturdier suspension.
- Bigger discs.
- Retain the twin round tail-lights but use LEDs instead of bulbs.
- Clip on handlebars.
- Redesigned full fairing
- Retain the old school analog dashboard and use LED backlighting.
Most important and critical. Invest extensive money to create a STRONG SALES & AFTER SALES NETWORK across India. Create a will to SELL motorcycles with PASSION which Mrs. Sulajja Firodia Motwani horrifically lacked. SPEND MONEY on ADVERTISING.

i think one of the bikes is Pulsar200, the other two may be a 100/110cc bike from Honda and the New Unicorn or CBF150..
There was a news that bajaj was going to re launch their p200 with FI, ie p200DTSFi, but later they removed FI from p220 also. So cant say abt 200 with FI.tђє รเlєภt รt๏г๓Comment
