Guys guys, I have come across a shocking bit of news.

It supposedly is a 250cc bike from Yamaha secretly under development in Japan. Now, few pointers:

1) Various forums say it indeed is under development, taking styling cues from the mighty R6 & building up on the R125. There is a photo of a Japanese magazine, which supposedly reveals the scoop. I'm attaching the link in the end. Saravjit, need you here badly! I know you can read Japanese!
2) Rumour is the 'R4' is a codename given because its a 4 cylinder bike! If this is true I'm selling my kidneys to get this bike by hook, crook, line, sinker... hope you get the picture...
3) Genuinely, not trying to do mindless speculation, but in the Indian context, even the R15 was secretly under development in Japan for months, and until a few months before the expo we had no idea that such a bike was coming for us. Can this be for the global as well as the Indian market? Forums say development work started on this in March 2008... After development work for the R15 was finished?

God I'm begging this to be true...
