    I would break down all my childhood piggy banks which I saved for the sake of my childhood memorys to buy this bike! I hope my piggy banks hav enuf Chillar, as much as 2.50laks rupee One Coins, I guess!!!

    Earlier we had the jap reader but no japanese news, now we have the 'hot-cake japanese artice' but no one here to read it for illitrate us! :P :P

      @svjhonda: I came across this pic about 6 months back. The mag cover says not just Ninja 250, good news is Yam is making a 250cc bike called R4 for the European market. No idea whether it will reach us&when.
      Bad news is that pic is photoshopped-it has the R6 wheels, discs&other parts from the R125.
      Quench my thirst with gasoline!

          i knew something was fishy...

          though it also might be that they specifically used a photo shopped motorcycle to illustrate what they intend to report, but if its the case then the journos there(japan) should be shot at... instead they should have used a sketch...

            Oh crap. Even I thought the picture looked too good to be true (With R6 size tires), but was hanging on to whatever little hope I had for the image splashed across the cover of a magazine.

            Nevertheless, even if its for the European Market.... I just hope it remains true to the 250F4 tag. That's it....

                  This is in news for over an year now and is being discussed in many US motorcycling forums. Yamaha doesn't have a strong 250cc sports bike. And, what better time for them to launch one - the R series is winning races all over.

                                had a talk with yamaha officials at their toll fre customer care phno. .they told me that newr15 is gonna launch on 25th dec with ,new graphics and a technical change in engine..
