Well, it is listed by MCN, so it had to be European bikes, mainly from UK, they are biased. Dont know how come they didn't have any Aprilia or MV in the Top 10

Utpal, the survey results are the reflection of the UK riders input, I don't think MCN has any thing to do with the final countdown.

Happy to see one of my fav 1098 on top of the list. Wish I could see Bonneville also on the list.

                Hmmmm...
So this is how the UK people think!
Funny they don't like the ZX10R!

If such a poll was held in India it could have provided better results rather then fill the ranks zingoistically like these britishers do.

I guess the results are based on actual ownership experience, and not sales numbers. Of course, multiple times in history Kawasaki's were often one of the best selling...

Guys, see that KTM Superduke 990 at the No. 6 Spot! I was amazed seeing a KTM in top 10 here... That's great...

                    #4 Suzuki RGV250 (89-97)
Will people ever forget the 2 strokes? Never & Rightfully so, I think!

As I see it..... JAPs have never been much on liking list of Europeans as far as vehicles goes.... and the list goes to show that!!

Else there no reason why a Ninja ZX10R makes it a miss in the list and machines like the R1 and GSXRs are like 12th and 13th!!

Even if we go by ownership experiences..... bikes like the R1s and the Ninjas started the swirl in the ocean.... people swear by the performance and thrill these bikes generate!!

Ducati 1098 is no doubt an Amazing machine and is a pure wizardry of Technology and Design.... but the likes of R1s and GSXRs not even making it to top 10 is pure biasness for European makes!!
Twist your wrist and feel the shift!!

                      My own thoughts - Throttle

You're right when you say that MCN hasn't got anything to do with the results. Its still biased because most people that voted are from the UK and I'm not surprised that there are 3 Triumph's in the top 5.

                          I don't see how you can call this a "world's best 100".

@all - the comments to this MCN post are interesting. Most of the British riders don't agree to the final list. bizzare
