  • Electra twinspark uce!

Specs are out for the RE Electra twinspark UCE -

    Royal Enfield | Electra Twinspark

The Electra now comes packed with the power and reliability of Royal Enfields latest Twin Spark UCE engine. Along with the UCE engine come the double benefits of more power , and better fuel economy, more reliability and lesser maintenance.

In terms of styling the latest Electra still keeps it simple following the lines of the traditional Bullet but still adding its unmistakably distinctive style to it.

Everybody still makes way for the Electra Twin Spark.

I have a simple doubt... Why is it that classic 350 has been made all DC and uses 60/55W bulb for headlight where as new Electra still uses AC and 35W halogen... Whats the logic here

And how reliable is this new bike as I have gone through many forums and official Royal Enfield disscusion thread many classic 350/500 UCE owners are being plagued by unreliable engine and rusted parts, poor mountings, bolts etc... overall poor build quality of the bike...

When will RE produce reliable engines say comparable to Honda and when will they up their build quality to acceptable level No doubt its a good touring machine but still date in case once the bike stalls ( due to its stupid inherent nature of engine) on some highway you hardly find good mechanics to repair these bikes
