You book a slot at the local RTO and pay the DL registration fees through SBI online portal and take an appointment. On the day of appointment go to the RTO alongwith your medical certificate, address and age proof and give the driving test and you will be given a DL after successfully clearing test and verification of age proof etc.
Nice thing is all the queue and brokers are removed. Also you get an international Driving Permit
