TVS to re-launch its entry level bike Max-100
Two-wheeler manufacturer TVS Motor is planning to re-launch its entry level bike TVS Max by June-end.
It is learnt that the ramped up version will have four-stroke engine, instead of its earlier two-stroke engine. This was the reason for discontinuing the model three years ago as its two-stroke engine did not meet the then stringent emission norms.
The new version is expected to be priced below Rs 40,000, giving a fight to Hero Honda and Bajaj in the entry level range of rugged bikes which can withstand heavy overloading.
