While the car's are shifting to 1L range, I'm impressed watching the 2 wheels prices already flying over to compete 4 wheels market. Forgetting about the currency difference, an FZ never deserved even 75K in India and now, with almost 1.5L it is a pure LOOT BAZAAR from yamie.

That price is probably because of import duty...Its mentioned the bike will be imported from india...Even the Stunner Fi costs around that range in the UK.
        ...Back to HIBERNATE mode...

^^^ Whatever might be the reason a FZ in not worth a penny above 65K INR. If only on the basis of quality Yamaha have sold it's vehicles in the International market than I am a no big fan of their techonology. Quality should also be affordable.

Import tax for new bikes in UK is just 6%. Honda is making money with a big margin on Stunner.

sure the FZ isnt worth 75k (on road here) but then quality comes at a cost. when pulsar sells at 66k a premium over the cheapest brand is basic marketing technique to show quality. people will not believe its a quality product if it isnt priced right(high).

company policy, market dynamics and govt regulations play a role in pricing. cant shout out it costs 1.5lacs when the website itself claims its low cost. probably bikes could be a lot more costlier there.
