      This has to do as much with "market stratgies" as barbie to ken-cool!

      The title is so misleading, but then again who the hell thinks that any organisation would list thier "market strategy" on an open web forum!
      Nevertheless, another layer added in the heirarchy, and it usually is a good thing for middle to senior management.
