After visiting the xbhp stall, i went to Yamaha stall (second visit) especially to see the V-max. actually i was supposed to ride as a pinion with Shivanshu, but as the crowd at the Yamaha stall is really pathetic, and i could not make it to Gate No-7 in-time to go with Shivanshu, so i rushed back to xbhp stall and found Old Fox,MG Biker, Ken, Rossiter, RX. i told them that i missed Shivanshu, so immediately MG and RX called Shivanshu and other members who are at the Petrol pump waiting for me, but due to Traffic cops, they could not wait there anymore, so they left to Dhaba. then MG asked Ken and Rossiter to take me in their car to the Dhaba. its a rare opportunity for me traveling with Ken & Rossiter from Auto Expo to xbhp Dhaba. The Mega G2G was really amazing. i met Aryan, Shiraz, Blisteringintelligence (BI) and after 2 hours, i have to go to Gurgaon where i stayed with my relatives, its some 20 to 25 KM i think from there,no taxi/bus were available at that time. the chill was like freezing. so RX came to my rescue. he said he'll drop me at gurgaon. but there is no extra lid for me, so he went home and returned back with in 45 minutes with a lid, and we both took leave from members and started on RX's P 220 to gurgaon and reached after 45 minutes.

i thank all our members, especially RX for his help & concern. and one more thing. THIS IS MY FIRST EVER G2G !! and its a MEGA G2G.

Same story here in Mangalore. Finally, the stock has arrived today, my friend is getting his delivery today, but I must sell the FZS which I won in Yamaha IBR, so that I can have the finances to fund for the new bike. For that I must go to Mumbai and pay my gift tax and bla.. bla.. bla

Anyone from Mumbai interested in a virgin FZS?

BTW, the old red is still very much in production. I saw a huge line-up for red (old) R15s in their greater noida manufacturing plant. Not sure, if it's sold in India though.

BTW, R15 is 1,13,000 OTR in Mangalore

^^ True, but I won't mind... now the dealer is pretty lazy as it seems. When I booked, they had no R15 in stock citing reason as low production. Said that yellow (taxi) lot will be coming by 25 and it did, while blue will be by 30-jan to 2-feb and red (I better say dark pink...girly) in feb 1st. week. Today, I inquired and he said the yellow and red lot has arrived... no clue on the blue!

My personal choice was the old red with blackish fairing, which went out of production in 2009... I wonder why yamaha took off the good color and replaced it with a girly deep pink (not red) that suits on nothing but scooties? I simply do not like the racing colors or the graphics... so blue with the old graphics was my next choice, hence booked it. Now even if they get blue with the new vinyl, I'd be happy... to ultimately lay my hands on it.

In WB, I gotta pay Rs. 1,03,500 on road... I guess it is far higher elsewhere.

Yes, those graphics are like the graphics on the R1. Don't know if you get the same.
