Tank looks exactly the same as hunk, the tank shoulder looks a bit modified one from Hunk,, probably stopped half way at the bottom of the shoulder.Originally posted by Krishna3450 View PostLooks like the tank is carried forward from the prev. Model or hunk with new scoops

Re: Hero unveils Xtreme 200, iSmart110 and more at Auto Expo!
Mah Gawrd,Hero,This is the WORST ! Xtreme 200cc,Heck,All your showcased bikes ? Pffft,Rekt. The Xtreme and the Karizma's new paint scheme hurt my eyes real bad.The only thing that looks good,Is the HX 250R.Which is taking more time than Mojo to release. That Exhaust of the Xtreme,Is it clinging on a thread or something,Looks too low and near the wheel.Very sad to say that both the Legendary CBZ and Karizhma HAVE BEEN KILLED by these uneducated idiots.Something is wrong with their eyes...Oh wait,They don't have any.
Still doesn't know how to make an Engine and a Gearbox.Only Paintjob and Stickering,Which is aweful by the way.Heck,I rate Bajaj above you now (Which is a little bit better POS like Hero)

Re: Hero unveils Xtreme 200, iSmart110 and more at Auto Expo!
My View of the Hero Stall:
1.) Xtreme 200: Looks absolutely pathetic, design and color choice is just YUCK! I wonder which idiot designed it and why Hero wasted money building prototype of something like this. Ideally this thing should have not even made out of paper.
2.) HX250R: Looks beautiful though a little dated now but it still holds its own against its competition.
3.) New naked concept: Looks good but the color choice as always is bad. In other colors the bike will look smashing, probably in all-Black with gold front forks
.
Nothing else in the stall is worth looking.Street racing is for Squids trying to make up for their small equipment

Re: Hero unveils Xtreme 200, iSmart110 and more at Auto Expo!
Hero MotoCorp Chairman Pawan Munjal said the company has a healthy 'pipeline' of products and will step up launches to buffer the impact of US technology partner and bike maker Erik Buell Racing declaring bankruptcy last year.
India's largest two-wheeler maker had been working on 17 products with EBR, of which 12 have been completed. The remaining products - sports bike HX250R, electric scooters Leap and SimplEcity, hydrogen fuel-cell bike iON, and diesel bike RnT - have been hanging fire after EBR went into receivership.
"Clearly there is a setback with EBR going into receivership. Getting out of that has taken quite long," Munjal said. "It surely has delayed some of the rollouts. HX250 by now would have rolled out."
In the meanwhile, the company plans to launch its first product developed in-house, Splendor iSmart 110, and the Xtreme 200 S.
"We are working very fast on the Xtreme 200. Gradually (we are) increasing our engine sizes. Also getting into street bikes and sporty ranges," Munjal added. Hero MotoCorp took the covers off a concept performance bike XF3R at the Auto Expo 2016.
Once the company has access to the parts and prototypes developed by EBR, the R&D team will evaluate and decide on the commercial development of the products, chief technology officer Markus Braunsperger said.
Hero MotoCorp has about 500 engineers from India and around the world working at its newly commissioned R&D centre in Jaipur. Munjal said if specialised technology is required for the development of products, the company would be open to more tie-ups.
"We have been adding resources here in India. We are constantly looking out, wherever there are gaps, wherever we need specialised technologies, we will go out and find out. I have always maintained ours is an ecosystem of R&D. With this mother hub in Jaipur, we could have extensions to support this," Munjal said.
Apart from hiring Braunsperger from BMW last year, the company brought on board Markus Feichtner from Austrian engine maker AVL to lead the engine design and development team.
The EBR bankruptcy has cast a shadow on Hero's plans to scale up its international business. The Indian company wanted to foray into the European markets with the Leap, which was to come strapped with an all-new 124-cc engine and powered by lithium-ion batteries.

That's what happens when you over rely on someone else! HX250R, was (almost) production ready in mid 2015. Now, they say it may come late 2016. It better be good.Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

What i heard initially was theywere working on updated karizma but later news was floating around that they have stopped production, but it seem they still have hopes on Karizma twins.Originally posted by HyperRetard View PostOkay guys.
I saw the Zma-R and the ZMR both at the Hero Auto Expo stall. They had some minor changes (red rims, new paint jobs etc).
I thought they had been discontinued? Any updates on that?
