Well I never heard of it, but anyways, yes, I got your point, but still the manufactures could have come up with a kick option on a lesser cc bike just to keep the retro charm, I mean as you mentioned there is nothing like the experience of kick starting a bike, something organic I suppose.
    No i'm saying it had a big displacement and big displacement bikes need decompressors. but bikes with ECU's need to have the decompression computer controlled and therefore it is near impossible to kick start them without kickbacks and mismatched ignition. ECU controlled bikes are not the same as carb controlled ones.

    But I do get your point on the charm front.
