Husqvarna 701 was displayed at EICMA 2014.
The Husqvarna 701 was displayed at EICMA 2014, after the original prototype of the 701 was displayed last year. The 2015 version is a 690cc bike based on the KTM, since the Austrian manufacturer had bought over the Swedish firm. The Swedish company which has a very long and illustrious off-road history is trying to diversify into road going models.
The 690cc single cylinder engine produces a healthy 67 bhp and the bike weighs in at 145 kg. It also comes with a slipper clutch, ABS, WP Suspension, and ride by wire with different riding modes.
