The 349.7cc engine is a liquid cooled unit which is a single cylinder 4 stroke. Chrome molybdenum steel tubes are used to build the Central Tubular type chassis. The production bike weighs about 105kg, which makes us wonder how amazingly light would the title bike be!
Jordi Tixier's KTM 250 SX-f on which he finished second to his teammate in the MX2 championship. The bike has been a winner at the MX2 level as well as for amatuer riders. The bike is powered by a 249.94cc 4 stroke engine, while the motorcycle weighs 102kg. The front suspension of this bike is 300mm enough to ensure that these Supercross riders keep flying high!

The legend of motorcycle rally Marc Coma rides this bike to win the Dakar Rally. The KTM 450 Rally is the prized jewel in the Austrian companies crown. The motorcycle that has helped two of rider Marc Coma and then Cyril Despres lift the coveted Dakar Rally trophy. The bike was an engineering feat as earlier larger capacity bikes were used for the Dakar, since 2010 the limit was set for 450cc, and it was a challenge to get the right amount of power and longevity out of a 'small' 450cc engine. And KTM have been the company to come out with flying colours. The bike is a 449.3cc single cylinder 4 stroke with fuel injection and a dry weight of 140 kg with a fuel tank capacity of 33 Litres!
The KTM 690 Enduro R is the bike you want to take everywhere. It is perfect for all the loose dust and gravel you can throw at it, off-roading and even feels at home on tarmac. The bike comes with panniers to make it tour friendly, though 12L fuel tank means you are going to be stopping for fuel too often. This 66bhp bike promises to a lot and then some more with its minimalistic styling and great power to weight ratio with 139 kg. The front and rear suspension travel is 250mm, sufficient to take most obstacles off the road!
The KTM Freeride E-SX is an electric dirtbike from the Austrian manufacturer. Just when the Americans and Japanese thought they were leading the electric bike race, up came a small factory hidden in Austria with a bike which blew the socks off the competition. The company used its expertise in off-road motorcycles to build a fantastic chassis for this little bike, and at the same time used the best available technology for the motor as well. Currently the bike is only expected to be sold in Europe and will expand base depending on the reception it gets. The 22 bhp engine builds peak power at 4500 rpm at peak torque of 42Nm comes right from 0rpm! A 2600 Wh battery powers the Freeride and it weighs 106 kg.
The KTM 1190 Adventure for the first time will offer Bosch's Motorcycle Stability Control (MSC). MSC is traction control and ABS put together, along with lean sensitive traction control and ABS and combined braking function. The 1195cc, 2 cylinder, 4 stroke, liquid cooled engine produces a surprising 148 bhp and with just a 230kg wet weight, the bike enjoys one of the best power to weight ratios in this class. The 23Litre fuel tank ensures that you can ride long distances before having to stop for a refill break.
The KTM 690 Duke is a single cylinder 4 stroke motor which is liquid cooled and produces 67 bhp. The 150 kg bike is the original hooligan!
The KTM 690 Duke R is the sportier version the 690 Duke above. Power is up by 2.1 bhp and 69.1 bhp and this gives the bike a rocket like performance which is loved by experienced and amateur riders alike.
