@'santa: We are staying at D K International Hotel on Marquis Road. The day-schedule for Friday is rather nebulous but we can surely meet at the mega-event venue on Saturday.

@diffuser911: Yes...we shall be reaching Bhubneshwar by Sunday evening. Will be great to have you with us. On the contrary, the 22nd being Sunday, we could meet somewhere along the road from where we enter Bhubneshwar while we are coming in, if possible for you.

yes,any two wheeler equipped with engine is allowed to participate in the event.
