man hats off...the event is going to be a huge hit....my all wishes in advance ....and hope it be a grand success but dont forget about the safety of the riders and first aid that will be provided....also try to keep a bond b/w the rider and the management conducting this event...that u people are not responsible for any injuries or otherelse happens related to this.... coz there is a chance that any one can sue in court..pls be alert....

also please mention if u people charge any fee for registration and age+....

once again their mite be many people who do illegal stunts which can cause intruption in the event please assign team members for security..

its only sharing ma information...for help....thumbs up buddy
