  • Do you know this dude

I was at the gulfbikefestival a few days back and met up with this dude. Anyone know who he is.

Wish I could have taken a few real good pictures while he was stunting but the crowd was going pretty crazy and I could not get real clear pictures. However I had the opportunity to chat up with him and he turns out to be a real cool dude. I wanted to know what he thinks of the Indian stuntting and he had a lot of good things to say. He also looks forward to visit India someday.

What he does with his bike is really amazing.

Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

Sad, Nobody knows him.....I thought you lot were well informed.

Nearly 130 views and nobody comes up with a name....hmmmmm maybe if I had a prize to give there would be a lot of answers. Anyway Julien is one of the top freestylers and a fantastic bloke.

Why does his bike have 3 massive brake calipers at the rear wheel?
Would he really need that kind of braking force?

Dont know if you have found out or not yet.
But those three callipers arent used all at once.
The upper one calliper is used with rear foot brake under right leg.

The other 2 callipers are for handbrake setup, now normally it will be operated by your pinky finger as other fingers are using clutch already.
So as power of pinky finger is very small compared to foot, it passes the hydraulic lines to 2 callipers just to make it more effective with minimum effort.
