I don't watch this show, I happened to stumble upon a re run on MTV. Here are my opinions
I don't think they could be valid reasons because -Originally posted by Technocrat View PostInteresting point even I was wondering how come the helmet came out, but I can think of following reasons
- If a visor breaks it can cause injury on face, the surface mostly was such that nothing wil go inside the helmet
- In the last stunt they may have figured that if the helmet is strapped a bad twist may affect the neck.
These are all what comes to my mind & I might be wrong too
* A visor doesn't shatter or break in case of a fall. It cracks. The surface was extremely sandy and with a helicopter hovering around, I think the visor was actually necessary more than ever.
* When I saw a contestant fall (I don't remember his name) in the stunt, I saw his helmet fly off. He actually pulled it back with a chord that was attached to his jacket/harness. A helmet should always be strapped on. The basic idea of it is to not let it fly off incase of a crash, which happened in this case.
IMHO, I think the stunt would have gone much better hadn't they thrown the bike off with a forward incline. Nobody, including the backup stuntsman, could pull it off successfully, because the whole idea of pushing the bike off with a forward incline is wrong. The bike lands with the rider and bike with huge forward bias, and this means it is much more difficult to control the bike during landing.
What do you guys think? Could the stunt could have been thought out better?DoN\'t LivE tO DiE, dIe tO LiVe

I wish they use 220 for the Finale !
Yeah true and looked very scary. It fell on Javeed. It really luck that nothing happened to any one. It should have been planned better.Originally posted by pranay View PostIMHO, I think the stunt would have gone much better hadn't they thrown the bike off with a forward incline. i dint expect jawed to get bck to his bike after that fall ,it seemed as if it hit his back badly but he finally made it some how that was something worth watching.
even though there is a roumor saying hunda was the winner many still expecting jawed to make it including me .

well think the whole plan was actually to make them fall instead of giving them a safe passage.....as ALAN said it,s a endurance test i think the stunt was made up this so that dey fall aftr every few inches....wel that wat i thinksigpic
Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet
