If a BMW S1000RR is an option, then, you dont have to look anywhere else!!!
Life is like riding a bike. It is impossible to maintain your balance while standing still.

I think his mixture is rich because of that pcV he has somewhere in the bike ( dunno where, there is hardly any space.. maybe tool kit area?)

why is no one talking about CB1000?
Never argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.

Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

Hai Amit have a look at Harley Davidson V Rod, its also the best bike in the segment and costs around 15 to 18 Lakhs RS (approx), there a review on Xbhp.com also, you can consider it (its the best bike one can offer).

it wont be a reduction of 10-20% rather a reduction to 10-20% on the mrp...

there's no concrete information on what kind of revised prices there would be.

or even if the FTA will come into effect that soon. or at all.

technically speaking... is it even an FTA???

                          Touring bike!!

Here is what your list should have !
                          1.Suzuki GSXR1000( comfortable riding position)
                          2.Suzuki Gsx1300R aka Hayabusa ( comfortable seat )
                          3.Suzuki GSXR1000( not much of a ***** on the wrists )
                          4.Suzuki Gsx1300R aka Hayabusa ( you are 6and a half ft tall )
5.Suzuki GSXR1000( u wanna use your bike for touring ??)
HATABUSA IS A "PRETEND TOURER" you get on it and pretend to tour.If you actually tour which means 5 or 7 hours at a stretch you need a vfr1200 or a cruiser. No one can sit on a busa (having had 3 ) for a long stretch of time as your legs are cramped and it has a long reach to the bars.
Of course riding for 45 minutes and then spending 2 hours taking pictures is not touring ,it is posing
We have short fast roads in india and not a SINGLE ACTUAL TOURING ROAD .Touring,to be done like our friends here in italy, usa ,parts of uk,most of france, switzerland.India best for quick blasts for a few km down roads after saying a prayer that a bullock cart, stray dog, imbecile etc does not run out suddenly.Still since its our country, we live here and can mostly only ride here,be safe, wear protective gear,DONT OVERSPEED looking at the next guy.

I will tell you to wait till 25th October as that is the D Day for treaty...
and once the treaty is finallised I think it wont take the companies more than a couple of weeks to announce th reduced prices...

nobody can actually comment on the type of reduction....
there are two things that can happen
                              1. a direct reduction of duties from 105% to somewhere around 10-20% in that case the busa/blade will have an ex-showroom price of somewhere around 7.5lacs
                              2. the govt might agree to reduce the duty in a couple of years (10 to be precise) it means that every year the government will reduce the duty to a certain level and gradually reach to a 10% duty in the time frame.

Thats why I recommend you to wait for at least another month...

it is not an FTA the treaty that is to be signed is the CEPA (Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement).... the CEPA gradually turns into an FTA treaty over 10 years...
